My father and I switched driving a 50km distance (100km back and forth) yesterday for his medical check-up. The computer of the car got some trouble that made the car run a lot slower. I was trying to balance the clutch and the accelerator to make the car run at least until 30km per hour. I needed to pump the accelerator more than the usual and press the clutch on a certain level without fully releasing it. If not, the engine would complain. Tiring! This somehow hurt my right leg.
Along the way, we would start and stop with the car running slowly. Finally, my father remembered what the mechanic once said to just reset the computer by taking off the battery. That was the only time he remembered it. After it was reset, the car ran the usual. Relieved!
Well, the same thing happens in life. There are times we just need to stop and reset when problems hit by our own doing or outside forces. Sometimes we push too hard when troubles strike that no matter how hard we try, still we run really slow. Try to stop and reset. It will make a big difference. Before you know it, you're running 120km again per hour.

Finally Published
Hello! I'm happy to announce that my e-book entitled Run Your Race and Finish It! is already published in www.smashwords.com and in its affiliated e-book stores (photo attached containing the names of the affiliated store network). If you're a kindle reader, you may also download from Smashwords.
The book challenges us to finish the race God has marked out for us with joy and excellence as His Spirit empowers us for the tasks, and total dependency on His Spirit precedes the empowerment. It encourages us that though we fall along the way, God's love always reaches out to give us a new beginning.
You may download a copy now! Be blessed as you read through!

Just What I Needed
This was the time when I needed serenity, good ambience, aloneness and a cup of tea in editing the manuscript. Thanks to my aunt's place, a perfect one for editing.
Yes, very soon, the e-book will be released through major e-publishing websites. Stay tuned for more announcements.
Have a great day!

Excerpt from the Book
Feeling fear and giving in to fear are entirely different. When we feel fear, it doesn't mean we are giving in to it already. Giving in to fear means we run away instead of facing a particular problem courageously. But when we are courageous, we say, "Yes, I feel fear, but I'm not going to run. I will face it knowing God is on my side to give me victory." Courage is not the absence of fear, but it's a decision to face our battles in the strength of God no matter how much fear we feel.

Excerpt from the Book
"Perseverance will take us to where we are
supposed to be. It will make us run to the finish. But this is not produced
during easy times. It is produced as we go through sufferings."
